92 Seventeenth 
Written: February 11, 1857
Recorded: January 1, 1858

This indenture made the eleventh day of February in the year of our Lord one 
thousand eight hundred and fifty seven, between Berry Hardy of the State 
aforesaid and County of Fulton of the one part, and Benjamin Little of the 
State aforesaid and county of Fulton of the other part.  Witnesseth that the 
said Berry Hardy for and in consideration of two hundred and fifty five dollars 
to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, 
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained, sold and 
conveyed and both of these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the 
said Benjamin Little his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land 
lying and being in the seventeenth district of originally Henry now Fulton 
County and being one hundred and twelve acres more or less of lot number ninety 
two in said seventeenth district, to have and to hold said tract or parcel of 
land unto him, Benjamin Little his heirs and assigns, together with all and 
singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner 
belonging to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof in fee simple and 
the said Berry Hardy, for himself his heirs executors and administrator the 
said bargained premises unto the said Benjamin Little his heirs and assigns 
will warrant and forever defend the sight and title thereof against the claim 
of all other persons whatever, in testimony whereof the said Berry Hardy hath 
hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first above written.
