NOTICE OF PETITION TO SELL LANDS TO DIVIDE
State of Alabama, Randolph County Probate Court
October 12, 1921

In the matter of the estate of Wyley A. White, deceased

Petition of A.M. Awbrey vs. Mrs. Emma Carroll, et al, for sale of land for 
division among joint owners

Notice to:

C.O. White, who resides in Atlanta, Georgia
Mrs. Josie E. Carlisle, who resides in Atlanta, Georgia
Ralph L. White who resides in Atlanta, Georgia
Roy E. White who resides in Duncan, Oklahoma
Mrs. Ruth Beddingfield who resides in Atlanta, Georgia
Lula Lee White who resides in Atlanta, Georgia
Mrs. Harriet A. Hawkins who resides in Omaha, Texas
Mrs. Lula Wright who resides in Omaha, Texas
David Davis who resides in Omaha, Texas
Mrs. Rina Hayes who resides in Texarkana, Texas
John Davis who resides in Texarkana, Texas

And to all other persons of interest, take notice;  Whereas A.M. Awbrey, 
petitioner and joint owner in the matter of the estate of Wyley A. White, 
deceased, has filed his petition in writing under oath in said court for an 
order to sell certain lands belonging to said estate described in said 
petition, for making an equitable division, upon the grounds that the same 
cannot be equitably divided among the heirs and devisees of said estate, and 
A.M. Awbrey, joint owner, desired division, and the 14th day of November 1921 
has been appointed for the hearing of said petition.  You are therefore hereby 
notified to appear before the said court on said day to contest said petition 
if you think proper.  Witness my hand this 12th day of October 1921.  John T.
