The Atlanta Constitution 11 January 1900
Georgia, Fulton County--Ordinary's Office, January 10, 1900.  To the heirs-at-
law of Stephen Spruell, deceased, who reside out of said state   Thomas E 
Spruell and Joseph S Power, having as executors, applied for probate in solemn 
form of the last will of said deceased, you are hereby cited to be and appear 
at the next February term or said court, to be held on the first Monday in 
February next, as said will of said deceased will then be offered for probate 
in solemn 
form.
