C. Woolley and occupied by J. C. Clasborn. The fire started in a clothes closet, but as no one had been near the place for some time the occupants are at loss for the cause of the conflagration. The alarm was rung in at 8:15 and as soon as the firemen arrived the fire was gotten under control and kept from spreading. The roof and the upper floor were almost completely destroyed. The damage to the house is extimated at from $1,200 to $1,500 with insurance to cover the loss.
