Captain Crim Appointed
It is rumored about the city that Mr. Frank O Bryan the new solicitor of the 
city court has appointed Captain W M Crim as special bailiff of the city 
court.  

Captain Crim is one of the ablest officers of the police force.  He has many 
warm friends who will be glad to know of his appointment.
