The dinner is to be entirely informal, evening dress being tabooed and every one will be expected to wear business suits exclusively. It is announced that the dinner will begin at 7 o'clock sharp, devoted to a short business session, during which nineteen directors will be elected for the year 1907. It is believed that there will be very few changes on the new board, as most of those now members will probably stand for re-election. The directors will meet later in the week and choose the annual officers of the bureau. Hon. Sam D. Jones, president of the bureau, will make a short address, after which H. B. Wey, treasurer, and H. T. Moore, secretary and traffic manager, will make annual reports to the bureau. Following this the election of directors will occur and then the 250 or 300 members of the bureau and their guests will open up on the course dinner. After the dinner cigars will be passed and the following addresses will be heard: Hon. S. G. McLendon, of Thomasville, railroad commissioner-elect, will speak on "Rates and Rate Levels." He will be followed by Hon. Hoke Smith, governor- elect, whose address will be on "Transportation Problems." Hon. Hooper Alexander, representative of DeKalb county, will speak on "The Extension of the Western and Atlantic to the Sea."
