There are about 180 stockholders in this bank and they are scattered over all sections of the United States. It is believed that fully 90 per cent of the stockholders will be represented at the meeting today, either in person or by proxy. A feature of the meeting will be the attendance of the lady stockholders. Many reside in Atlanta and special arrangements have been made by the bank officials for their reception at the meeting. Following is a list of the trustees who will, in all probability, be re-elected this afternoon: I. Y. Sage, John N. Goddard, Sam D. Jones, F. B. Dancy, Norman C. Miller, George E. King, Isaac H. Hirsch, Eugene R. Black, J. P. Williams, Savannah, GA; Charles G. Goodrich, Augusta, Ga; Dr. J. Scott Todd, Asa Candler, William H. Patterson, John S. Owens. The officials of the Central bank are as follows: Asa G. Candler, President; William H. Patterson, Vice president; John S. Owens, Vice president; A. P. Coles, Cashier; William D. Jones, Assistant Cashier; Ex-Supreme Court Justice John S. Candler, Counsel. All national banks in Atlanta - the Third, Fourth, Atlanta and Lowry - will hold their annual elections this afternoon between the hours of two and four o'clock. At the various banks this morning it was stated that no changes of consequence in the list of directors were anticipated. At all the banks it was stated that the meetings would merely consist of the annual reports, election of directors and other routine matters. The directors will meet in the near future and elect the officers for the banks.
