Annie B. Lowery vs. L. L. Lowery -- Libel for divorce in Fulton county superior 
court, March term, 1902.  Verdict for total divorce granted the 16th day of 
September, 1903.

Notice is hereby given to all concerned that on the 5th day of November, 1910, 
I filed with the clerk of the superior court of said county my petition 
addressed to said court, returnable to the next term thereof to be held the 2d 
day of January, 1911, for the removal of the disabilities resting upon me under 
the verdict in the above stated case by reason of my intermarriage with Annie 
B. Lowery.  Which application will be heard at the January term of said court, 
which commences on the 2d day of Jaunary, 1911.  L. L. Lowery
