The Atlanta Georgian And News December 21, 1910
Administrator's Sale.
Georgia, Fulton County.
By virture of an order of the court of ordinary of said county, granted at the 
December term, 1910, will be sold before the court house door of said county on 
the first Tuesday in January next, within the legal hours of sale, the 
following property of the estate of Carrie Waters, deceased, to wit:  Lying on 
the east side of Hunt street, in the city of Atlanta, in land lot No. 47 of the 
Fourteenth district of Fulton county, Georgia.  (1) Lot No. 1, beginning at a 
point 110 feet north of Merritts Avenue, runs north along the east side of Hunt 
street 53 feet more or less, thence east 60 feet more or less, thence south 53 
feet more or less, thence west 60 feet more or less, to the point of 
beginning.  Being part of the property conveyed to said Carrie Waters by a 
deed, recorded in book 105 page 629.
(2)  Lot 2.  Lying contiguous to the lot above described, beginning at a point 
on east side of Hunt street 70 feet north of Merritts avenue and running north 
along east side of Hunt street, 40 feet more or less, thence east 60 feet, 
thence south 40 feet more or less to beginning.  This lot subject to an 
outstanding bond for title recorded in book 235, page 472.  Conveyed to said 
Carrie Waters in same deed as above tract.
Said sale will be for cash down for at least one-half of the amount bid; 
remainder in three and six months.
