October 21, 1879 Georgia, Fulton County - Whereas Volney Dunning, executor of the last will and testament of James L. Dunning, late of said county, desecased, represents that he has fully discharged said trust and prays for letters of dismission: All persons concerned are hereby notified to file their objections, if any exist, on or before the first Monday in October next, else letters of dismission will be granted the applicant.
