The Solid South February 20, 1886
     Bud Williams, the convict whose feet were frozen off several weeks ago 
while he was confined in the South Atlanta Camp, is still disposed to give 
somebody trouble. His mother has retained Gartrell and Ladsden, and will sue 
the county. In the meantime the convict is getting along nicely, and Dr.. 
Boring the county physician, is of the opinion that he will recover.
