Roswell Road Acreage.
Forrest & George Adair also sold eitheen parcels of the Spruell property, on 
Roswel road.  These tracts are at the junction of the Chamblee, Mount Perian 
and Settlement roads.  Following are the sales. 

Tract 1, 41.95 acres, on the Settlement road, bought by J S Akers at $35 an 
acre. 

Tract 2, on the opposite (southeast) side of the Settlement road, 26.10 acres 
bought by Tom Spruell at $35 an acre. 

Tract 3, 20 acres, on the Roswell and Settlement roads, bought by Judge 
Adamson for $82.50 an acre.

Tract 4, 26.18 acres, on the Roswell and Settlement roads, facing the Chamblee 
road, bought by H F Anderson at $87 an acre. 

Tract 5, 16.85 acres, facing Roswell road, bought by R. L. Walker at $130 an 
acre. 

Tract 6, same size, facing Roswell road, bought by R. L. Walker at $130 an 
acre.

Tract 7, 12.49 acres, facing Roswell and Mount Perian roads, bought by Will 
Adamson at $127 an acre.

Tract 8, 9.88 acres, bought by J N Mitchell at $120 an acre.  This also faces 
Roswell road.

Tract 9, 3.52 acres, facing Mount Perian road, bought by Mrs. Tillinghast at 
$147 an acre. 

Tract 10, 11.98 acres, facing Mount Perian and Roswell roads, bought by J N 
Mitchell at $165 an acre. 

Tract 11, 3.29 acres, facing both roads bought by J N Mitchell at $90 an acre. 

Tract 12, adjoining and facing Roswell road, 13.11 acres, bought by J N 
Mitchell at $95 an acre.

Tract 13, 12.04 acres, facing Roswell road, bought by Paul Goldsmith at $122 
an acre. 

Tract 14, 12.55 acres, facing Roswell road, bought by J J Woodside at $125 an 
acre. 

Tract 15, 13.12 acres, facing Roswell road, bought by S J Mitchell at $130 an 
acre.

Tract 16, 13.26 acres, facing Roswell road, bought by Fitzhugh Knox at $160 an 
acre.

Tract 17, 18.25 acres, facing Roswell road, bought by J S Akers for $245 an 
acre, and tract 18, 4. 94 acres in the forks of the Roswell and Chamblee 
roads, bought by J J Woodside at $280 an acre.  Aggregate $32,856.30.




Additional Comments:
I think Mount Parian Rd is Mt. Paran Rd.
