The Atlanta Constitution Aug 3, 1910 August 3, 1910

Judge J. T. Pendleton yesterday signed an order withdrawing the suit
of Mrs. M. V. Shearer against C. G. Shearer and others for divorce
and for the settlement of property interests.
The suit has been pending several months,  ever since Shearer left the
city with Mrs. Cauble, but some time ago a rumor that Shearer had
died suddening in Florence, Italy, was confirmed by the Washington
officials. The withdrawal of the suit followed that announcement.
