Sheriff's Sales for June, 1894 
Will be sold before the courthouse door in the city of Atlanta, Fulton county, 
Georgia, on the first Tuesday in June, 1894, within the legal hours of sale, 
the following property, to-wit: . . 
Also, at the same time and place, the following property, to -wit: All that 
tract or parcel of land lying and being in the county of Fulton, State of 
Georgia consisting 95 acres more or less, and ___ in the 17th district of 
Fulton county, Georgia bounded as follows: On the east by the lands of L C and 
G W Waits, W H Brightwell and on the south by lands of L C and G W and J E 
Waits, on the West by lands of B F Burdett, and on the north by lands of M. 
Abernathy.  Also all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 17th 
district of Fulton County, Georgia, containing 51 acres, more or less, in the 
southwest corner of land lot 73, agregating 101 acres, more or less. Levided 
on as the property of W J Waits to satisfy a fi fa issued from Fulton superior 
court in favor of H J Seals vs. W J Waits.  Property pointed out by 
plaintiff's attorney.
