Georgia News In Short Story Form

During the recess hour, while the children were playing in the playgrounds of
the Cross Roads school, near Atlanta, Thomas, the little 8-year-old son of Prof.
A.l. Bevis, principal of the school, was fatally hurt when a heavy board fell on
him and died at about 5 o’clock in the afternoon.
