A Condensed Account Of What Is Going On Of Importance In The Southern States.

     Col. Adolph Brandt, a prominent attorney of Atlanta, Ga., and a 
distinguished member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, and grand 
chancellor of the Knights of Georgia, died suddenly of apoplexy at Rome, Ga., 
on Wednesday.
