Brown, of McDonough road, died late Wednesday night at Davis-Fischer sanitarium from burns received last Friday night when her clothing caught fire. The little girl was carried to Grady hospital Friday night suffering from serious burns and was later transported to Davis-Fischer sanitarium. Her parents have been unable to learn how the child’s clothing caught on fire, they said. She was found in the front room of her parents’ home with her clothes afire. Besides her parents, she is survived by two sisters, Mae Estelle and Dorothy Louise Brown and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W.J. Brown and Mr. and Mrs. Rufus Sentell, all of Atlanta. Funeral services will be held at 3 o’clock this afternoon from the Collins Spring’s church. Interment will be in the churchyard, with Awtry & Lowndes in charge.
