The remains of little Dora Cavedo, who died at the Grady hospital Monday night, will be interred at Westview this morning. The death of the six-year-old child was the sad result of burns received by her about five weeks ago. She was badly scalded by a can of water at boiling heat being turned over on her. The child took hold of the can while it was on the fire grate, toppling it outwards. The boiling water scalded her dangerously and she lay unconscious for several days. About a week after the accident the child was removed to the hospital, where she was cared for. She showed signs of improvement and at times there was slight hopes for her recovery. Her death was not unexpected to the physicians, however, the body of the little girl being scalded dreadfully. She lived at 195 Mills street.
