OBITUARY OF JOSEPH M. EPPS

Note:  Typed as shown in paper (in two sports on same page). 



JOSEPH M. EPPS 

Joseph M. Epps, 80, died yesterday at the residence, 1033 Spring Street, N. 
W.  Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. H. M. Sadler, of Lake Worth, Fla. 
And four sons, E. T. Epps, of Tampa; T. L. Epps, of Montgomery, Ala; H. P. 
Epps, of Atlanta, and N. O. Epps, of Raleigh, N. C..  Funeral services will be 
held at 3:30 ‘clock this afternoon at Spring Hill, with Dr. Robert W. Burns 
officiating.  Burial will be in East View Cemetery.


EPPS – The friends and relatives of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph M. Epps, Mr. and Mrs. 
H. M. Sadler, Lake Worth, Fla; Mr. and Mrs. F. T. Epps, Tampa, Mr. and Mrs. T. 
L. Epps, Montgomery; Mr. and Mrs H. P. Epps, Mr. and Mrs. N. O. Epps, Raleigh, 
NC are invited to attend the funeral of Mr. Joseph M. Epps, Saturday, June 15, 
1940 at 3:30 o’clock at Spring Hill Dr., Robert W. Burns officiating.  
Interment,  East View.  The pallbearers  will be Mr. Lee  F. Terrell, Mr. John 
W. Crenshaw, Mr. George E. Edmondson, Mr. Paul F. Farmer, Mr. Dan D. Hopkins 
and Mr. A. P. Clemons, H. M. Patterson & Son.
