DEATH OF A. E. MARSHALL.-We were pained to learn this morning, of the death in 
this city, from paralysis, of A. E. Marshall, Secretary of the Senate.  He was 
a genial gentleman, noted for many good traits of character, and highly 
esteemed.

FUNERAL NOTICE.
The friends and acquaintances of A. E. Marshall are respectfully invited to 
attend his funeral from the Second Baptist Church at 3 o'clock this afternoon.
