Reverend Dr. Memminger will officiate. Mr. Moore's death, according to physicans, was due to a cerebral hemorrhage. Mr. Moore was born in Middlesborough, England in 1856, and came to America in 1896. Shortly after reaching this country he became identified with the Bankers Life Insurance company, of New York. From that city he moved to Chicago and then later to Buffalo, being connected to life insurance companies in both cities. In 1906 Mr. Moore moved to Atlanta and accepted a position as secretary of the Atlanta agency of the Southern States Life Insurance company. A few years later he advanced to the secretaryship of the company and was said to have been largely responsible for the growth and development of the then newly- organized company. During his residence in Atlanta Mr. Moore was identified with many civic and social organizations. He was secretary and treasurer of the Atlanta Drama league and a member of the Atlanta Writers' Club. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Charlotte Moore.
