MRS.  WILLIAM  R.  PITTMAN


Thomasville., Ga.,  Feb  18  --  Rev.  Silas  Johnson,
pastor of  the  Thomasville  First  Methodist  Church
conducted funeral  services  here  this  morning  for
Mrs.  William  R. Pittman,  who  died  at  home  of
relatives  in  Brunswick. Mrs.  Pittman  was  before  her
marriage  Miss  Eunice  Elwell, and  made  her  home  in 
this  county  for  many  years. She  was  83  years  of
age,  and  is  survived  by  the  following children;
Mrs.  D. A.  Sapp,  Mrs.  Stella  McKinnon,  of
Brunswick; Mrs.  Charles  McGoogan,  of  Savannah;  J. D.
Pittman, Drane  Pittman  and  Lamar  Pittman.
