ROBINSON DIES AT HOSPITAL Pioneer Atlantan, Former City Official, Passes in 81th Year; Funeral Sunday Moses A. Robinson, pioneer citizen of Atlanta and first superintendent of the Atlanta street cleaning department, died yesterday at a private hospital at the age of 80. He had been a resident of the city since 1870 and had held the position of superintendent in the city department until his retirement several years ago. He was an active member of the Gordon Street Baptist church and a Mason. Since the death of his wife he has made his home with his daughter, Mrs. W. L. Blankenship. Besides his daughter, he is survived by two sons, Arthur S. Robinson, of Charlotte, N. C., and Thomas W. Robinson, of Atlanta; two grandsons, James L. Robinson and T. W. Robinson Jr., and four granddaughters, Mrs. William Harris and Miss Jean Robinson of Charlotte, N.C., and the Misses Carolyn and Evelyn Robinson, of Atlanta. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the chapel of Awtry & Lowndes. Burial will be in Oakland cemetery. Robinson Jr., all of Atlanta; Mr. and Mrs. William Harris, Miss Jean Robinson, of Charlotte, and Misses Carolyn and Evelyn Robinson are invited to attend the funeral of Mr. M. A. Robinson today (Saturday) at 2:30 o'clock, from the chapel of Awtry & Lowndes. The Rev. W. H. Faust and Rev. L. H. Bolton will officiate. Following named gentlemen are requested to serve as pallbearers and assemble at the chapel: Mr. H. J. Cates, Mr. John H. Jentsen Jr., Mr. B. C. Smith, Mr. John W. Zuber, Mr. Paul H.
