OMER  L.  REESE

SUMMERVILLE,  Ga.,  Feb.,  18  --  Omer  L.  Reese,  55, 
died Tuesday  afternoon  at  his  home  in  South
Summerville after  a  brief  illness.  Funeral  services 
were  held  Thursday afternoon  at  the  Summerville
Baptist  Church,  conducted by  the  pastor,  the  Rev.
C. P.  Watson.  Interment  was  in the  Summerville
Cemetery.

Mr.  Reese  was  born  near  Curryville,  in  Gordon
County in  1876.  He  had  been  a  resident  of
Chattooga  county for  many  years.  His  wife  and  one 
son,  Waldo  L.  Reese, of  this  place  survive.
