1. William Harrison Bennett, retired, died April 21, 1950 at
450 Capitol Ave., Atlanta, GA, of Cerebral Thrombosis and
Cerebral Arteriosclerosis.  Mr. Bennett was born March 18,
1872 in Hancock County, Ga..  He was married to Sabie A.
Johnson Bennett and was the father of five children:  Mrs.
Lula Lillian Waldrop, Mr. Tillmon Oscar Bennett, Mrs. Eula
Mae Carpenter, Mr. Clarence Henry Bennett and Mrs. Annie
Gertrude Karr.  Burial was at Shiloh Baptist Church
Cemetery, Thomaston, Georgia.  Custodian's No. 1689.


2. Annie Gertrude Bennett Karr, retired, died August 6, 1984
at South Fulton Hospital of Cardiac Arrest and
Arteriosclerotic Heart Disease.  Mrs. Karr was born Sept.28
1912 in Chambers County Alabama.  She was married to Ray R.
Karr, Sr. and was the mother of six children:  Mr. Ray R.
Karr, Jr., Mr. Clarence E. Karr, Mrs. Barbara A. Aliff, Mrs.
Patricia L. Cowart, Mrs. Betty J. Farmer and Mrs. Carolyn V.
Compton.  Burial was at Wesley Chapel Methodist Church
Cemetery, Villa Rica, GA.  Local File Number 05302
