The lower floor of the home was arranged for the ceremony, which was held in the living room. Cut flowers and palms decorated the home and palms formed an altar in the center of the room. Miss Alice Smith, the maid of honor, was lovely in a gown of fuschia chiffon and carried a bouquet of pink roses. Mrs. B. Schlmeister, aunt of the bride, also a matron of honor, was gowned in black georgette beaded and a corsage bouquet of red roses. The bride entered with her father and mother. Her wedding gown was of white duchess satin trimmed with real lace. Her veil was caught in front with orange blossoms and she carried an arm bouquet of bride’s roses showered with lilies of the valley. Sam Epstein, brother of the bride, was Mr. Berman’s best man. Mrs. J. Epstein, mother of the bride, was gowned in black faille silk trimmed in fringe and she wore a corsage bouquet of red roses. Mrs. E. Berman, mother of the groom, wore black charmeuse trimmed in beads and a corsage bouquet of red roses. The ceremony was performed by Rabbi Geffin.
