Smith The marriage of Miss Mary Louise Jenkins to George William Smith, of Youngstown, Ohio, took place Saturday afternoon, November 1, at 3 o’clock at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Bailey B. Bishop, on Krogg street, in Inman Park. The ring ceremony was performed by Rev. S.A. Cowan in the presence of relatives and a few close friends. The bride wore a traveling dress of blue crepe back satin, fashioned along straight lines, and she carried an arm bouquet of Ophelia roses and valley lilies. Mrs. Charles Lambert was matron of honor and the bride’s only attendant. She wore brown crepe back satin and carried yellow chrysanthemums. George Holt, of Youngstown, Ohio, acted as best man. Miss Virginia Porter rendered several musical numbers on the piano and during the ceremony “At Dawning” was softly played. The ceremony was performed in the living room, with a background of palms and white and yellow chrysanthemums. Immediately after the ceremony an informal reception was held. Mr. and Mrs. Smith left during the afternoon to visit points of interest in the east before returning to Youngstown to make their home.
