Quintus Trimble, Jr. of College Park, the wedding to be solemnized at "Lone Oak," the bride's home, early in June. The Atlanta Constitution 10 June 1917 Lyon-Trimble A beautiful home wedding was that of Miss Ruth Lyon and Mr. C G Trimble, Jr., which occurred on the morning of June 3 at 8 o'clock at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. S H Lyon, in Tina, Mo. The bride was given in marriage by her father, and Mr. Hoyt Trimble, brother of the groom, was best man. Miss Helen Lyon, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Little Misses Clark, were the flower girls, and the wedding ring was borne by little Miss Mary Elizabeth Hudson and was received from the heart of a lily. The entire lower floors were decorated in palms and white and pink roses. Following the ceremony, which was performed by Dr. J D Strong, a wedding breakfast was served to the wedding party in the morning room, which was a veritable bower of pink and white roses. After a short wedding trip Mr. and Mrs. Trimble will be at home on Cambridge avenue, in College Park.
