W. Redmond, of Rome, Ga., which was solemnized at 3:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, December 29, at the home of the bride's brother and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Louis F. Bowen, in West End. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Wallace Rogers, of the Druid Hills Methodist church, and witnessed only by the immediate family. Mrs. Redmond is the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James L. Atkinson, of McDonough, and has a host of friends throughout the state who will be interested in her marriage. Mr. Redmond has been connected with Oliver Chilled Plow works for several years, first as traveling salesman. Two years ago he was appointed manager of the Atlanta branch of the same company, the position he now holds.
