Word, to Wilbur A. Baker, was solemnized at the home of the bride on Westwood Avenue on Wednesday evening, November 26. The ceremony was performed by Rev. C.M. Meeks. Only the members of the young couple’s families and a few intimate friends were present. The bride was lovely in cranberry satin with hat to match, and carried a bouquet of bride’s roses and lilies of the valley. The bride is a beautiful and accomplished young woman, while the groom is a prominent young man, holding a responsible position with the Anderson-Clayton Company.
