N. M. Foster Deed To J. G. Gudger No. 66-11-2 Georgia, Gilmer County, This indenture made this twenty third day of May in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and fifty between Newton M. Foster of this county and state. Aforesaid of the one part and James G. Gudger of the same place of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Newton M. Foster for and in consideration of the sum of twenty five dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and do by this presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said James G. Gudger his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Gilmer situate lying and being in the Eleventh district & second section of originally Cherokee now Gilmer being a part of Lot Number Sixty Six containing fifteen acres in a Square off of the Southeast corner of said lot, running from said Southeast corner an equal number of Rods in each line so as to make fifteen acres in a square off of said S.E. corner of said Lot number sixty six in the Eleventh Dist. To have and to hold said tract or parcel of land unto him the said James G. Gudger his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner belonging to himself and heirs & assigns proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple and the said Newton M. Foster for himself his heirs executors and administrators the said bargained premises and that the said James G. Gudger his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever deferred the right and title against themselves and against the claims of all other persons whatsoever. In Witness whereof the said Newton M.
