M. Foster Deed To Beverly A. Freeman No. 31-11-2 Georgia, Gilmer County This indenture made this thirteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty one, between Newton M. Foster of this county and State aforesaid of the one part and Beverly A. Freeman of the same place of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Newton M. Foster for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and does by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Beverly A. Freeman his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the county of Gilmer, drawn in the plan of Survey by number Thirty one 31 in the Eleventh district of the 2nd second section of originally Cherokee now Gilmer County containing one hundred and sixty acres more or less. To have and to hold said tract or parcel of land unto him the said Beverly A. Freeman his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner belonging to him and their own proper was benefit and behalf forever in fee simple. And the said Newton M. Foster for himself his heirs executors and administrators the said bargained premises unto the said Beverly A. Freeman his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves and against the claim of all other persons whatever. In witness whereof the said Newton M.
