William Forrester Deed To Frederick Page No. 245-8-2 Georgia Gilmer County, This indenture made and entered into the 20th day of Sept, one thousand eight hundred and fifty two (1852) between William Forrester of the one part and Frederick Page of he other part. Both of the same place above mentioned. Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty five dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and do by these presents bargain sell and convey unto Frederick Page all that tract or parcel of land known and distinguished by Lot No 245, two hundred and forty five, in the Eighth district of the Second Section, 8-2, containing one hundred and sixty acres more or less. To have and to hold, all the rights members and appurtenances in any manner whatever belonging to his _____ ______ and behalf forever in fee simple. And I William Forrester for self my heirs ancestors and administrators will forever warrant and defend all the rights and titles to the foresaid lot of land against the claims of all other persons whatever against the said Frederick Page his heirs and assigns forever. In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed my seal the day and year first above written. Signed sealed and Delivered in the presence of: Witness: N. C. Berry (second witness name unreadable) William Forrester (seal) Georgia, Gilmer County, personally appeared before me Neil C. Berry, who being duly sworn depaseth and saith that he saw William Forrester sign seal and deliver the within deed for the properties therein mentioned and he saw (name unreadable) sign the same together with this depaseth.
