H. Foster To Hannah E. Byers #99-11-2 State of Georgia, Gilmer County: This indenture made and entered into this the 27th day of June in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Nine between W. H. Foster of the one part and Hannah E. Byers of the other part. Witnesseth: that the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred Dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, sold, and conveyed unto the said Hannah E. Byers, her heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the county of Gilmer as follows: Part of original land lot No. 97 in the 11th District, 2nd Sec and particularly described as a ______ lot in East Ellijay according to the Foster survey in said town bounded as follows: Beginning at the south west corner of Block "D" of said survey thence running south course three hundred and twenty four feet thence an east course three hundred and Eighteen feet thence a north course three hundred and eighteen feet . Which said tract or parcel of land the said W. H. Foster will well and truly warrant and defend from the claim of all persons what so ever _____ the said Hannah E. Byers his heirs and assigns _____ in fee simple. In testimony whereas the said W. H. Foster hath hereto set his hand and seal the day and year above written.
