Rogers of the same place of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Garland Gibson for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty five Dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents doth grant bargain sell and convey unto the said James H. Rogers his heirs and assigns. All that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the Tenth district of the second section of originally Cherokee now Gilmer County. Known and distinguished in the plan of said survey, by the number one hundred and two. To have and to hold said land and bargained premises unto him the said James H. Rogers his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining to the same to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple. And I the said Garland Gibson for myself my heirs Executors and Administrators will warrant and forever defend the right title and interest of the above descibed land and bargained premises from myself my heirs Executors and administrators, and from the Just claim or claims of all and every other person or persons whatever.
