Augusta Chronicle, Wednesday, 10/27/1943 
B. Joel Coxwell, 85, retired farmer and Glascock native, died at home near 
Warrenton 10/26/1943, where he had lived for 50 yrs.
Mr. Coxwell’s late wife was Mrs. Lavonia Victoria Coxwell who died three 
months ago.
Member: Johnson Methodist church
Funeral: 10/27/1943, graveside, Johnsons church cemetery.  Mrs. George Hogan 
and Rev. A. P., Watkins will officiate.   
Survivors: 
Daughter; Mrs. W.P. Reeves 
Sons; Jesse W., W.L., Millard, Hubert, Fred S. Coxwell
14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; unnamed
