ATKINSON DIES EARLY TODAY AT COUNTY HOME         William Harry Atkinson, 62, a well known resident of Glynn county, passed away at his home, "Fish Hall," near Fancy Bluff, at an early hour this morning following an illness which has extended over a period of six months.         Mr. Atkinson has been a resident of Glynn county all of his life and was well known and popular throughout this section.  For years he operated a farm at "Fish Hall."         Mr. Atkinson is survived by his widow and eight children, W.H., Jr., R.B., Misses Emma Lou, Claire, Mary, Alexander, John and Nathan.  One brother and two sisters also survive.         Funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock Thursday morning from the home, conducted by Rev. Chas. Lee, rector of Christ church, Frederica, and Rev. Hillis of White Oak.  Interment will be in the burial plot at "Fish Hall."  The following friends will act as pallbearers:  C.K. Curry, Monroe Elliot, Frank D. Scarlett, J.F. Atkinson, R.J. Matthews, E.E. Berrie, Burwell Atkinson, Harry Russell.  Mortician Edo Miller is in charge of arrangements.
