Mr. Geo. C. Dent, an old and respected citizen of this county, died on 
Wednesday last of rheumatism of the heart.  His remains were brought to the 
city for interment.  Mr. Dent was at one time Treasurer of Glynn county, and 
in ante-bellum days was a man of considerable wealth.
