DEATH OF EVELYN MOCK—Little Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.A. Mock Succumbs to 
Injuries Received Sunday.

Evelyn, the little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.A. Mock, of Carpenter street, 
died Saturday morning from injuries received last Sunday when she fell into a 
basin of scalding water.

Funeral this afternoon at 4 o’clock from St. Xavier’s Catholic church, R.E. 
Calnan, Y.E. Davis, F.E. Twitty and J.W. Armstrong, pallbearers.  Interment at 
Oak Grove cemetery.
