DIED—In Flemington, Liberty county, Ga., on the 24th inst., Mr. Robert F. 
Quarterman.  The deceased was a brother-in-law of the editor of this paper, 
and had been for nearly his entire life a great sufferer from an affection of 
the eyes, from which he lost the use of those organs several years since.
