DEATH OF W.W. WATKINS

Mr. W.W. Watkins, of this city, died on Thursday last, after a protracted 
illness.  He has been in declining health for months past.  Mr. Watkins has 
been identified with this city for a number of years.  He was for a long time 
a member of the City Council, and at the time of his death was a member of the 
Board of Commissioners of Pilotage.  He leaves a wife and one son.
