LITTLE MAUD

The happy home of our neighbors, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. F. Way, was saddened, 
Wednesday last, by the death of their little girl, Maud.  The little one has 
been suffering from teething for some time, and a change of air was thought 
necessary, so she was taken to St. Simons Mills, on Monday last.  The change, 
however, was of no avail and death claimed its victim.  We extend to the 
bereaved parents, in this their first deep affliction, that sympathy known 
only to those who themselves have passed through the deep waters.  Weep not, 
fond parents, your little one is only “gone before.”
