I constitute and appoint Doctor James G. Peppin [Pepper?] & John M. Gignilliatt Esquires Executors of this my last Will and Testament. Signed & sealed this twenty seventh day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight Hundred and twenty one in presence of James Gignilliat [sic] {LS} Wm. Burnett David E. Kemp Caroline V.
