Georgia             }
Glynn County    }   I Joshua King of the County in State aforesaid.  
Considering the uncertainty of this life and being of sound mind and memory 
Blessed be almighty God for the same do make and publish this my Last will & 
Testament in manner & form following.  Item first after all my just debts are 
paid & funeral Expenses I give and bequeath unto Richard Martin of Washington 
County living on Buck Eye Creek the remaining part of my Property whatever it 
may be and I do hereby nominate and appoint Messrs. Edmond Matthews Cyrus Dart 
& Jacob Moore Sole Executors to this my Last will & testament hereby revoking 
all former wills & testaments Heretofore made by me In witness my hand and 
seal this sixteenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight 
hundred & Sixteen.

will and testament in the Presence of us who at his request have hereunto
