Item I I desire that my body be buried in a decent and Christianlike manner, in Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia. Item II I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without unnecessary delay, by my executor hereinafter named and appointed. Item III I desire that if there are sufficient funds, a small and inexpensive stone or marker shall designate my last resting place. Item IV I give and bequeath to my good friends Mrs. Caroline E. Ross and Miss Bonnie Ross, of Brunswick, Georgia, the sum of one hundred dollars to be paid to them jointly, but in the event of the death of either before the probate of this instrument, the total sum of one hundred dollars shall be paid to the survivor. Item V I give and bequeath to the First Baptist Church of Brunswick, Georgia, all of the remainders and residue of my estate, to be used by it in any manner and for any purpose it may desire. Item VI I do hereby appoint Mr. Millard Reese, of said State and county, as executor of this my last will and testament, and hereby expressly relieve him of making any inventory or appraisement of my estate or from giving any bond or making any return to any court whatever.
