I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and christianlike manner, suitable to my circumstances and condition in life. I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without delay, by my executor hereinafter named and appointed. I give, bequeath and devise to my niece, Clara Bell Hyer, at the present time residing in Brunswick, Georgia, all my worldly possessions of every character consisting partly of: Money deposited in any banks wherever it may be found in the name of Bell Priddy or Mrs. Edward Priddy. I give and bequeath to my said niece, Clara Bell Hyer, my wearing apparel, gold watch and chain, jewelry, and all my personal effects of the like kind, to be hers absolutely without accountability. I hereby constitute and appoint my niece, Clara Belle Hyer, the sole executrix of this my last will and testament, and I expressly confer upon her power, as such, to administer my estate, excusing her from giving any bond, or making any returns to the Ordinary. To my sister and her husband, to my other niece and nephew, and other relatives I bequeath my love and sincere affection with desire for their prosperity. This the 2nd day of November 1914. Mrs. Bell Priddy Signed, sealed, declared and published by Bell Priddy as her last will and testament, in the presence of us, the undersigned, who subscribe our names hereto in the presence of said testator, after she had signed her name thereto, and at her special instance and request, and in the presence of each other.
