I Fanny C. Schlatter being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this 
my last will and testament hereby revoking and annulling all others by me 
heretofore made.

I give and bequeath and devise to my beloved husband Charles L. Schlatter, all 
my property, real personal and mixed, during his natural life only and after 
his death, the said property to be divided equally between my children, viz  
Charles Lyon, Fannie and Mary Lee.  I hereby constitute and appoint my husband 
Charles L. Schlatter my sole Executor to this my last Will and Testament.
