Smith, of said State and County, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and annulling all others, by me heretofore made. (1) I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and christianlike manner, suitable to my circumstances and condition in life. (2) I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without unnecessary delay. (3) I give, bequeath and devise to my son Thomas E. Smith, the lot of land, with the improvements thereon situate in the above named State and County, aforesaid, and described as follows, to-wit; Being ten (10) acres, more or less, of 26th District of Section Number _____, and bounded and described as follows, to-wit; On the North by Marsh Lands, On the East by Marsh lands, On the South by lands of J.A. Walker and on the West by Public Road known as “Boulevard” leading from Brunswick in a northerly direction, and being known as the “Old Smith Place”, with all the rights, members and appurtenances to the said lot of land in anywise belonging, free from all charge and limitation whatever; to his own proper use, benefit and behoof forever, with full power to dispose of the same by will or otherwise as he may deem proper. I also give and bequeath to my said son, in the same manner unreserved, all of my household and kitchen furniture of every sort whatever, with all live stock and farm implements including. I give and bequeath to my said son all of my wearing apparel and all other of my personal effects of this like kind, to be his absolutely without accountability in the general distribution of my estate. I give and bequeath to my said son Thomas E. Smith all of the residue of my estate both real and personal of every sort whatever not hereinbefore specially devised. This 24th day of June A.D. 1910; Fannie A. Smith Signed, sealed and declared and published by Fannie A. Smith, as her last will and testament, in the presence of us, the undersigned, who subscribed our names hereto in the presence of said testator, after she had signed her name thereon, and at her special instance and request, and in the presence of each other.
