Mrs. Willene Eloise Agee, 90, of 309 Cherry Hill Drive, Calhoun died Tuesday, 
Nov. 9, 1999 at 11:15 pm at Gordon Hospital.

She was born in Gordon County on Aug. 4, 1909, and was the oldest daughter of 
the late Joseph William Faith and Maude Campbell Faith. She was a lifetime 
resident of Gordon County and a past employee of Dixie Belle, C.M. Jones and 
Georgia Textile companies.

She had worked alongside her husband in his capacity as Railway Express agent 
of Calhoun. She was a homemaker and a long-time member of Calhoun First 
Baptist Church, holding membership there for more than 75 years. She was 
preceded in death by her husband, Robert Taylor Agee; five brothers, Fred, 
Paul (Buddie), Howard (Mac), William, and Jack Faith; and a sister Nellie Jo 
Chapman.

Survivors include: a son and daughter-in-law, Robert T (Bob) Agee Jr. and 
Russell H Agee of Calhoun; two brothers and their wives, Harold (Ooky) and 
Doris Faith of Calhoun and Robert (Bobby) S. and Billie Faith of Collinsville, 
Miss.; a sister, Evelyn Peterson of Maysville N.C.; three grandchildren, 
Melanie Gursky and her husband, Mark of Woodbridge Va., and Sharyn Agee and 
Laurie Agee, both of Calhoun; two great-grandchildren, Stacy and Tyler Gursky 
of Woodbridge; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers: Jerry Faith, Glenn Faith, Freddie Faith, Tommy Faith, James H 
Chapman Jr., John Rampy and Anthony Mangum.

Honorary pallbearers: Paul Whitmore, Trammell Whitfield, George Chambers, 
Richard Jordon, Gerald Brown, J.D. Meadows, Ron Hall, L.P. Owens, Junior 
Thomas, Billy Padgett, Jimmy Prater, Charles T. Owens, Frank Campbell, and Tom 
McArthur
