Mrs. Black’s grandsons served as pallbearers. Interment was in the church cemetery. J. P. Owen Funeral Home of Cartersville was in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Black’s husband the late Mack B. Black, died in 1947. Surviving relatives include four daughters, Mrs. Pat Gray of Cartersville, Mrs. Clyde Wade of Emerson, Mrs. Ernest Mealor of Calhoun, and Mrs. W. C. Pulliam of Cleveland, Tenn.; three sons, Ernest Black, of Cassville; George Black of Resaca, and Carl Black of Sugar Valley.
